Young at Art is recruiting a Development Assistant
Young at Art is excited to be able to offer this new role within the organisation and be able to provide a funded, three-year personalised training and development programme to the successful candidate.
The new Development Assistant will learn and use a range of skills that generate income in the arts and gain valuable experience in events/project management as a key member of the team delivering a showcase annual international festival.
Over the next three years, you will work on grant applications and reporting, sponsorship and partnership development, and audience development initiatives. As well as supporting and learning from YAA senior managers, you will receive one-to-one mentoring with sector-leading professionals and be provided a personalised training programme depending on your needs.
This post is a entry-level offering and will be a full-time post for 3 years.
