Site Of Sound

Saturday, 10 September 2022, 3.00pm

The final leg of the Sonic Pilgrimage under taken as “Site Of Sound” by The Quiet Club and guests will take place in St Coleman’s Cathedral Cloyne on Saturday next at 3pm. Here they will be joined by guests Katie O’Looney, Andy Indgamells, Inma Pavon Dance Company and Harry Moore. This was formally the seat of the infamous philosopher Bishop Berkley and they will surely put the famous quotation attributed to him “if a tree falls in a forest and there is no one there to hear it. Does it make a sound ?” to the test. This is the third and final leg of their Three Church Tour and they intend to use the incredible acoustic and space of the cathedral to the full.
