Helium Arts Is Seeking a Programme Manager (Maternity Cover)
Helium Arts is seeking a motivated, experienced and highly organised Programme Manager to provide maternity cover. The role of the Programme Manager is to manage the delivery of Helium Arts’ national Creative Health Hub Programme, while also leading on programme development to deliver on our strategic goals and to ensure that our values are embedded in and permeate all our activity. The Programme Manager position requires excellent managerial, leadership, problem solving skills and an ability to strongly advocate for the children we support. The Programme Manager will be flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload and will have a robust knowledge of children’s participatory and collaborative arts, as well as an understanding of arts and health.
Helium Arts is seeking a maternity leave replacement for an initial period of 8 months (with potential to extend to 13 months) and to start as soon as possible. This four day a week position can be delivered remotely, however, (bi-)monthly visits to the Mullingar office will be required as needed. The Programme Manager reports to the CEO and has a key role as part of Helium Arts Senior Management Team.
