Membership Administrator
The Musicians’ Union (MU) is seeking two full-time Membership Administrators for a permanent position, with a minimum of two days per week at the London Bridge Head Office.
Responsibilities include managing membership enquiries via phone, email, and post, processing membership applications, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Candidates must possess strong organisational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to handle challenging interactions. The role offers a salary of £34,360 plus a London weighting allowance of £6,384, along with 30 days of annual leave, pension contributions, and ongoing training.
