This multifaceted role includes marketing, social media, accounts management, development and public contact.

This is a very dynamic position in a busy arts organisation, as part of a small team working closely with the Artistic Directors. It involves devising/managing/delivering the marketing for all of our programs, including e-mailers, website updates, social media (Facebook Twitter, Instagram) and contact with print media, press and PR. It also involves financial aspects, bookkeeping and accounts management, payroll, bank reconciliations, budgets and office management. There is a significant client-facing role, answering enquiries for our classes and programs, helping people with their registrations, and interfacing with the participants in our classes and workshops.

Candidate Specifications include Third Level or higher qualification in Arts Management, Marketing, Communications, or other related area; experience in Marketing / PR and Social Media; Payroll & Book keeping; fluency in Excel, Word, Publisher, Quickbooks, Collsoft, Adobe Photoshop and Mail Chimp is required, as well as an artistic and visual design sense. Having a working knowledge of digital photo and video editing is a big plus. Excellent keyboard and numeracy skills are essential. An appreciation of and/or experience of dance is a desirable attribute. An established background in a fast paced organisation with good general, all round marketing & administration experience is essential for this position. 3-5 years relevant experience.
