The Irish Theatre Institute (ITI) is seeking a Safe to Create Project Manager to oversee its Dignity at Work Programme, promoting safer, more inclusive environments in the creative sector.

This full-time, 34-week fixed-term role (with potential extension) involves managing project planning, stakeholder engagement, training, compliance monitoring, and budget management. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience in the arts sector, strong project management skills, and knowledge of workplace dignity and inclusion. The salary ranges from €35,000 to €40,000 per annum.
