This musical workshop is delivered as part of Douglass Week - www.douglassincork.com. Frederick Douglass is a historical figure with close ties to Ireland since his visit in 1845. He was the world's most photographed celebrity of the 19th century. Douglass Week is an international festival commemorating his legacy in the fields of democracy, the creative arts, anti-racism and the abolitionist movement.
