Thinner Lizzy are a 5 piece Thin Lizzy tribute band from Co. Wicklow. The band features Johnny Dillon on lead vocals, Ronan Carroll and Brendan Curran on lead guitar, Gavin Molony on bass and Brendan Smyth on drums. All members are regular players on the Leinster rock, blues and alternative circuit and have many years experience between them. Formed in 2016 out of a mutual admiration for the original band, Thinner Lizzy strive to recreate some of the most recognizable and iconic songs in rock history:
The band’s repertoire includes the incredible Live & Dangerous album, featuring all the well known Lizzy classics such as Jailbreak, Boys Are Back In Town, Are You Ready, Don’t Believe A Word, The Rocker, Emerald as well as other well known hits such as, Black Rose, Things Ain't Working Out Down At The Farm, Waiting For An Alibi and Cold Sweat. 2 hours of classic Irish rock!
