Once more, Jean-Christophe Spinosi conducts Beethoven's epic Fifth Symphony which begins with a sense of urgency and foreboding that evolves to a triumphant celebration. It is a metaphor for transcendence, and is one of the most influential pieces of music ever written. This was recorded at UCH, Limerick in September 2018. Sit back and enjoy!
