BIMM in Brighton seeks a Head of Student Services. 

The Head of Student Services role is essential to ensuring that all aspects of the Institutions student facing provisions are delivered in line with educational requirements and the needs of the students at BIMM Brighton. This post has a central role in maintaining our national standing as a centre of excellence.

The role requires a highly experienced, dynamic professional with a strong background in academic administration and/or student support. The successful applicant will work closely with all departments within the College and the Institutes centralised services and will report directly to the College Principal. The post holder will have responsibility for managing the Institutions Student Support provision, including pastoral and learning support, the counselling provision, wellbeing programme and outreach activities.  The Head of Student Services also has oversight of the Mentoring Scheme and the Brighton Student Association alongside the on-going monitoring of all aspects of student progress including attendance, retention and achievement.
