The 11th Festival of Voice: Competition Finale

The 11th Festival of Voice: Competition Finale

Sunday, 29 August 2021, 7.00pm

The Glenarm Festival of Voice, our annual celebration of voice and song, is now in its eleventh year. Last year we temporarily relocated to Belfast from the Festival’s home in Glenarm on the beautiful north coast of Antrim and this year due to ongoing Covid 19 restrictions, we will once again be holding the Festival in Belfast.

We are delighted that this year we will be able to have a socially-distanced audience for both the Competition Finale in First Church Belfast. Tickets are £10 and available via the link below.

After a record number of entries for the Glenarm Festival of Voice Vocal competition, six singers have been selected to compete for the Deborah Voigt Opera Prize. Sopranos Caroline Behan, Cerys MacAllister and Ellen Mawhinney, Mezzo-Sopranos Amy Conneely and Katie Richardson McCrea and Bass-Baritone Matthew Mannion will perform in the competition finale in front of a live audience and judges and hosted by our Patron, Sean Rafferty.
