Experience an enchanting evening with "From Canvas to Keys: Musical Soundscapes," featuring the remarkable Dublin-born pianist Órán Halligan. The program includes Brahms' emotive Six Pieces op.118 and Mussorgsky's vivid Pictures at an Exhibition.

Órán began his musical journey at the age of 8 and has since earned degrees from the Royal Irish Academy of Music and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He made his concerto debut with Gershwin’s "Rhapsody in Blue" and has performed with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland. His accolades include the "John O'Conor Cup for Outstanding Musicianship" and the first prize at the Irish Freemason’s Young Musician of the Year Award.

In 2023, Órán released his debut album, "Visions," featuring previously unrecorded works of Irish piano repertoire. As a recitalist and chamber musician, he has captivated audiences across Ireland, the UK, and Spain, premiering numerous compositions by emerging Irish composers.
