Positive Habits and Combating Burnout is the latest live event brought to you by Andrea Splendori of the Social Fabric Podcast.

This shows looks at health, healthy habits and wellness with specific focus on Burnout and Positivity.

Andrea is joined on stage by two experts in the field, Siobhan Murray and Fiona Brennan, best-selling authors and with a wealth of experience in their areas.

As always, this will be an interactive evening and audience interaction is encouraged.

She specialises in burnout recovery and prevention for individuals and through workplace wellness events for companies.

Fiona Brennan is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, best-selling author, mindfulness, and NLP practitioner.

She is the mental health expert on Today FM, a TEDx speaker and an ambassador for positivity in the media.

Every Monday morning Fiona sends her top tips to help you start the week smiling.

Her first book, published in 2019, is the best-selling, ‘The Positive Habit’ Her much anticipated second book, ‘The Self-Love Habit: Transform Fear& Self-Doubt into Serenity, Peace and Power‘ was published in February 2021.
