First Cut! Youth Film Festival is hiring a Festival Manager for a part-time, contract role from September 2024 to March 2025, with a possible extension.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Festival Director and Programme Manager to coordinate festival operations, including planning, curation, and overseeing the animation programme. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in project management. The position involves hybrid working, with increased engagement leading up to the festival (3–8 March 2025). The contract fee is €12,000.
