Sistema Scotland is seeking to recruit a Director for Children, Young People & Communities.

The Director for Children, Young People and Communities will play a key role in the leadership team and across the charity. This role is a marker of the growth, impact and maturity of the organisation and a commitment to a strong, vibrant future for Sistema Scotland and partner communities.

As a successful leader, manager and strategic thinker, you will have extensive experience of working with children, young people and / or communities, with a social drive and ambition for all to succeed. With knowledge and understanding of the Scottish policy context, you will also have the ability to engage with and navigate the hopes, ambitions and expectations of multiple stakeholders and distil these into tangible actions.

This opportunity is offered on the basis of 4 or 5 days per week, hybrid between office base (to be agreed) and home.
