Dublin City Arts Office is inviting applications for its Bursary Awards for 2024. The bursary is open to all artists residing within the Dublin City Council Administrative Area.

This award is not intended for the creation and public presentation of new work. Instead, it’s designed for individual artists to follow a work plan in 2024 that could encompass training, mentoring, research, and capacity-building. Artists from various disciplines, including Architecture and Visual Art, Circus, Street Art & Spectacle, Dance, Film, Literature, Multi-Disciplinary, Music and Opera, Theatre, Traditional Art, and Young People and Children Artist Bursary, are eligible.

The maximum bursary amount is €5,000. There will be an information session on Zoom detailing the online application process on 12th October at 9 am. The application deadline is 12 noon on 22nd November 2023.
