Monday, 19 December 2022, 5.00pm

Bonnier Books UK is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Editorial Assistant to support our exciting new publishing imprints.

Ithaka Press is a narrative nonfiction imprint dedicated to books which shed a light on important topics and take you on journeys into the unknown. From history and memoir to reportage and books about psychology or technology, it publishes the best and most urgent new non-fiction writing from the UK and further afield.

Based in Dublin, all Eriu books have a connection to Ireland. We are passionate about exploring all aspects of Irish life, and working closely with talented authors to bring Irish voices to international audiences. Spanning adult and children’s fiction and non-fiction, we love discovering new ways to tell stories from different perspectives.

This role will work closely with a variety of freelance editors, authors, designers and agents as well as various teams internally from rights and production to sales and marketing. Ithaka and Eriu are new imprints with big ambitions, and there is scope for this role to grow over time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to work across a broad range of projects. Training will be provided.

Salary banding: £26,000 per annum
