BIMM in Brighton is hiring a Head of Education.

The post holder will be a highly experienced, dynamic professional with a strong background in education who will be responsible for the leadership, co-ordination and delivery of all the academic activities of Performers College Birmingham. The successful candidate will be directly accountable for the quality of delivery of the curriculum, and for student success rates and progression. Performers College is a specialist vocational college and an ability to understand and effectively manage creative professionals is vital.

You must be a team player who is used to working to tight deadlines and ensuring that staff and students alike are able to meet exacting standards of educational excellence.

This post reports directly to the College Principal - but will be supported by the BIMM Executive Principal for the Performing Arts and members of a wider senior Performing Arts Management Team.
