Performing tracks from their latest album, 'Live from Kyoto', Lúnasa are in concert at the Cathedral in Ballaghadereen, as part of the Trad and Blues at the Cathedral concert. Lúnasa, described in the New York Times as `the hottest Irish acoustic band on the planet' will appear at the event, along with jazz and blues singer Mary Coughlan.

Performing separately that night will be sister and brother Breda and Seán Smyth who won over 40 titles for fiddle and tin whistle playing in competitions as children. Breda toured the world playing on Michael Flatley's `Lord of the Dance' and `Feet of Flames' productions while Seán is an All-Ireland champion fiddle and tin whistle player as well as being a co-founder of Lúnasa in 1997.
