A farewell concert to a retiring giant in the Sligo community to celebrate and thank him for his contribution to many, both young and old. In 2013 Stan Burns founded The Sligo Academy of Music Youth Jazz Orchestra, a lifelong ambition of his. His main objective was to show children the enjoyment derived from playing music together.
