DLR Mill Theatre is inviting expressions of interest for the voluntary role of Chairperson of its Board of Directors.

Based in Dundrum, Dublin, the Chairperson will guide strategic direction, governance, and oversight, supporting the theatre’s management team and mission. Applicants must have previous board experience, preferably including chairing responsibilities, and demonstrate knowledge of corporate governance and compliance within the Irish cultural or charity sector. The position requires attendance at approximately six board meetings annually, with additional time for preparation and occasional events. The role commences on 22 July 2025 for a three-year term.
