RTÉ is seeking a Commissioning Editor for Comedy (Video) to lead the commissioning and delivery of comedy content across its linear and on-demand platforms. This full-time, fixed-term role for three years is based in Dublin or Cork.

Reporting to the Director of Video, the successful candidate will manage RTÉ’s comedy slate, support the development of new formats, and work with both emerging and established creative talent. Applicants must have senior editorial experience in comedy, a strong understanding of audience trends, and experience in managing budgets and working with funding models. The role includes collaborating with industry stakeholders and contributing to diversity and inclusion goals.
