RTÉ is seeking a Head of Drama for Video to lead the commissioning and delivery of scripted drama across its linear and on-demand platforms. This is a full-time, fixed-term role for three years, based in Dublin or Cork.

Reporting to the Director of Video, the role includes overseeing RTÉ’s drama slate and managing the ongoing development and production of Fair City. Applicants should have senior editorial experience in scripted content, strong leadership and planning skills, and a track record in managing significant budgets and stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with audience trends, diversity and inclusion practices, and funding models is essential. The salary range is €100,000–€130,000 per annum depending on experience.
