Royal College of Music is hiring a Development Operations Assistant.

The Development Operations Assistant will be based within the Operations team but will provide administrative assistance and database support across the wider DAE team. The post holder will play an instrumental part in delivering key aspects of our fundraising:
– DAE financial administration, including philanthropic, membership and commercial income processing and reporting across the team
– Improve the accuracy and usability of the database (Raisers Edge) that underpins all DAE activity
– Support stewardship practices, including donor acknowledgment
– Take responsibility for careful administration of direct-to-student grants
