The Royal Academy of Music in London is hiring a Head of Supporter Engagement.

Your role will be pivotal in overseeing a range of frontline activities to generate income for agreed priorities for fundraising, which support the delivery of the strategic plan. You will also grow and nurture the donor community, comprising alumni and friends, as the Academy prepares for its Bicentenary and delivers an ambitious donor engagement strategy.

To be successful in this role you will be a fantastic team manager and excellent communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with a huge variety of stakeholders. You must have excellent data and project management skills, being able to balance completing priorities and deliverables. You will also have significant fundraising experience with a track record of securing gifts across disciplines. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this may be the right role for you!

Experience working in a development team in the arts or higher education would be an advantage. A commitment to the Academy’s mission is essential.
