The Bonk, an experimental music project spearheaded by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Philip Christie, is known for its blend of elliptical rhythms, repetitive ritualistic wordplay, and improvisation. The project has attracted a following since the release of its debut album, The Bonk Seems To Be A Verb, in 2017. The Bonk's second LP, Greater Than Or Equal To The Bonk, was released in May 2023.
