
Arts Portfolio Manager
Business to Arts (BtoA) is seeking an Arts Portfolio Manager for a three-year, full-time, fixed-term contract, offering a salary between €52,000 and €55,000 based on experience. This role is a blend of office-based, client-based, and remote work in Dublin and nationally.
The role involves leading and developing BtoA’s Arts Membership programme, focusing on stewarding relationships with over 100 arts organisations, venues, and artists, and designing and delivering capacity-building programmes. The Arts Portfolio Manager will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with colleagues and the Board.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in programme management, arts management, or fundraising, along with strong relationship-building skills, and an excellent understanding of the arts landscape in Ireland. Additional qualifications include a degree in business studies, marketing, arts management, or a related field, and proficiency in CRM and financial management.
Responsibilities include managing arts membership subscriptions, developing content for BtoA’s website and programmes, financial and operations management, and contributing to the strategic direction and innovation of BtoA’s operations.
