Penguin Random House is recruiting a Senior Commissioning Editor to join The Bodley Head, a non-fiction imprint at Vintage. This full-time role involves commissioning and editing 8–10 titles annually in the areas of smart self-development and business and finance.

The successful candidate will have proven experience commissioning for the UK book market or related media, strong commercial awareness, and a clear understanding of the target readership. The position requires strong editorial judgement, organisational skills, and the ability to manage titles through the full publishing cycle.
