Garsington Opera is currently seeking a Director of Artistic Administration. The successful candidate will become a part of the company’s Senior Management Team and play a vital role in shaping the organisation’s future by participating in its strategic development.

The Director of Artistic Administration will oversee all aspects of artistic planning and administration, collaborating with the Artistic Director to realise their vision. Reporting to the Executive Director, this individual will manage various team members, including employees such as the Artistic Administration & Company Manager and the Head of Music, as well as freelancers like Casting Consultants. Additionally, they will be responsible for supervising seasonal staff, which may include Guest Artists, Creative teams, Conductors, and Surtitle creators & operators.
