Key Responsibilities

  • The Operations Manager will manage the office, public facing and operational elements of the arts centre, working closely with the Director and the wider team to ensure glór is efficient, resourceful, well run and welcoming.
  • The Operation Manager role is a wide ranging role which manages the Human Resource function, facilities management, customer service, office management, contracting and co-ordination of the team.

This role would ideally suit someone with experience in arts / venue managment, with proven experience in operations / event management / general management and experience managing individuals / teams.

This is a 39 hours per week position, on the basis of a 2-year contract.
