BBC Sounds is hiring a Producer.

The team is looking for a flexible producer who is as comfortable in the digital space as they are in audio production and who wants to be at the forefront of reimagining how audiences of the future will listen to BBC audio. Your remit will be to develop and trial new formats on the Sounds platform specifically targeting younger audiences. Exploring a range of formats and innovations to bolster the ambition in on-demand spoken word audio.

You will be expected to support the commissioning team on a range of new audio ideas and pilots, from concept to publication. Working with partners and stakeholders as required. This may involve spotting talent, influencing team members and people outside of your department.
