Under the broad supervision of the Senior Director EOSE Creative Youth Development and City Music Program Operations, the Berklee City Music Academic Programs Manager (APM) provides operational support for the City Music Academies, music production technology and entrepreneurship programs and training initiatives, supporting general faculty operations on behalf of artistic academy directors, and advises and participates in the EOSE
teacher technology training programs and engages the academic administrative team in the best practices for academic and general program assessment and evaluation.

This position involves the participation in recruitment strategies and initiatives to learning and teaching, as well as maintaining a student-centered environment. EOSE’s focus is to become the world’s leading creative youth development program in contemporary music, dance, musical theater, creative entrepreneurship, and music production. Berklee City Music provides high-quality contemporary music education to youth from underserved communities at no or low cost. It is essential that the APM demonstrate a commitment to the program, a sensitivity, integrity and confidence in an effort to effectively represent EOSE, and a zeal for supporting youth from diverse backgrounds and the creative arts.
