You will support the development of a people management culture which provides a challenging, developmental and inclusive work environment in which people can achieve their full potential and are engaged with the goals of the NCH.

You will establish and lead programmes that will build an optimal organisational structure and leadership capability. Continual professional development and learning will be available for all as well as a well-structured and robust performance review and feedback process.
