Maria Kelly’s delicately woven alt-folk is laced with a sincerity that cuts to the bone.

Released in the quiet in-between of 2021, her debut album, ‘The Sum of the In-between’ cemented Maria as not only one of Ireland’s most distinctive voices, but as an artist with vulnerability at the core. Ex-ploring her own mental health journey, the album has garnered support from the likes of BBC 6, Clash, and The Irish Times, hitting more than ten million radio impacts and three million streams within a mat-ter of months.

This year, Maria continues that thread of vulnerability with her latest offering, ‘Postcards In-between’: an ambitious project, “between this album and the next” that features an exhibition and event in association with Minding Creative Minds, and some very special collaborative surprises along the way.

Maria will tour ‘The Sum of the In-between’ across Ireland and the UK this Spring, as well as showcasing some work from ‘Postcards In-between’. Tickets go on sale this Friday March 25th at 10am via Singular Artists & DHP.

With each new chapter, Maria has continued to develop a sound that is as captivating as it is disarmingly frank. Her live presence is punctuated by a ’pin-drop’ vocal that’s impossible to ignore, and in recent years, she has toured Ireland, the UK and Europe with the likes of James Vincent McMorrow, Villagers, and All The Luck In The World. Her work has continued to gain momentum internationally, rallying support from Clash, Notion, and The Line Of Best Fit along the way.
