The British Council is hiring a Project Manager to be based in Dublin.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and implementing projects funded by British Council or by another client or funding mechanism. This will include initiating, managing and delivering high quality, sometimes complex projects, from start to finish. The Project Manager will hold responsibility for project development, stakeholder liaison, budgetary control, reporting and the successful delivery of a range of projects, across the portfolio of British Council Ireland activities.

Core activities will include developing and managing the contract/ project plan, communicating with client/ key stakeholders, identification and management of risk, successfully meeting any compliance standards, reporting and meeting compliance standards. It will also include working across social media platforms, managing knowledge transfer and legacy activities and working with equality, diversity and inclusion. The work of the British Council sits within a larger programme of multi country programme activity in the EU region and from time to time, the Project Manager will be involved on a particular component of these activities.
