Mozart’s well known masterpiece, ‘Cosi fan tutte’, or “Women are like that” is set in 18th century Naples and revolves around a bet made by three gentlemen. Don Alfonso wagers with Ferrando and Guglielmo that he can show that their two girlfriends, Fiordiligi and Dorabella, are unfaithful like all women.
