
Helpdesk Analyst
Wigmore Hall is recruiting a 1st line helpdesk analyst to work across the organisation providing IT support and maintaining help documentation.
The team is looking for a good natured and empathetic school leaver or recent graduate with a strong interest in business technology, very strong communication and written English skills and a drive to learn and to help people.
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in working in a busy cultural organisation, supporting users with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Adobe Creative Suite and other line of business applications.
