MARKETING AND CONCERTS ASSISTANT
Sestina Music is seeking to employ a Marketing and Concerts Assistant (PT 2 days/week) for our current season.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is ideally suited to an individual who is keen to pursue a career in arts management, as the successful candidate will be a valuable member of a small team, assisting with all aspects of event and concert administration. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Musical Director as required, alongside your primary role of devising and delivering Sestina’s marketing and communication plan. This role may suit an individual with other freelance or part-time work, as working hours are flexible, to be agreed with the General Manager. The individual will be engaged on a PAYE basis, with 16 paid leave days per annum (inclusive of bank holidays), and statutory pension contributions. While currently offered as a part-time, fixed term contract until 30th June 2023, a motivated individual will have the scope and support to develop their role beyond its current parameters and it is anticipated that this contract will be extended, subject to successful funding outcomes.
