Harp O'Clock with Aisling Ennis

Harp O’Clock is a weekly hour of harp music and friendly chat with internationally renowned Irish harpist Aisling Ennis. It takes place on Zoom every Thursday at 11am for 1 hour.

Each programme includes music from Irish, classical, jazz standards, film music, rock and pop songs and Aisling is also happy to take special requests from audience members in advance of each concert. Some audience members have enjoyed introducing their requests which gives the audience a sense of community around the music that Aisling plays.

The aim is for the series to be as inclusive as possible - there are free tickets available for people living in Direct Provision as well as two tiers of tickets. Some people choose to pay 5 euros, some choose to pay more.

The last concert every month is in aid of Msizi Africa, a charity that has fed over three million meals to children in Africa since it was founded in 2007.

You can view an explainer video about Harp O’Clock and a clip of Aisling performing Inisheer below.
