This an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the Royal Opera among the finest British and international singers and directors, contributing to the creation of some of the best opera in the world.

The EA to the Directors of Opera role provides highly professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Director of The Royal Opera and the Administrative Director. Effective management of complex diaries, with excellent judgement and prioritisation of urgent matters are essential in this role.

You will work proactively to support the priorities and objectives of the Directors, able to respond to new priorities as required. The administration work includes document preparation and supporting aspects of company administration. You will also act as an ambassador for the department internally and support other external relationships. The position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain an understanding behind the scenes about how a large arts organisation and is offered as a permanent contract.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience as an Executive Assistant.
Strong experience in an administrative capacity within an arts organisation.
Excellent administrative, planning, time-management and organisational abilities.
Strong customer care approach.
