Kilkenny County Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organizations and individuals to provide services for the Curator/Project Manager role for its Public Art Programme 2023-2025. The Council is seeking to commission up to five public art projects that will be permanent, semi-permanent, and will engage appropriately with relevant stakeholders and communities across Kilkenny.

The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the development, commissioning, and installation phases of all projects. They will also be required to oversee and project-manage each commission, and engage with local stakeholders and communities. The services required will include the provision of artistic services, literary creation and interpretation services, works of art, and arts-facility operation services.
