Offaly County Council Arts Office is seeking proposals from artists, musicians, filmmakers, drama practitioners, dancers, writers (and more) for workshops during Hullabaloo! Offaly’s Children’s Arts Festival, taking place from 27 to 30 October 2021 in Birr, Clara, Tullamore and Edenderry and libraries across Offaly.

What the Council is looking for:
– Short innovative creative art experiences physical and/or virtual for children for age ranges from 3 years up to 12 years
– Age appropriate workshops i.e workshops for age 3- 5yrs, 6-8yrs or 9-12yrs
– Any art medium
