This week, our singing session is held in conjunction with the Frank Harte Festival 2019. Official opening at 8pm followed immediately afterwards (9 pm) by a much higher octane version of our usual singing session. Our guest line up this year is: Concubhar Ó Luasa (Cork), Dan Milner (USA), Kathy Hobkirk (Scotland), Sinéad Caher (Belfast) and Tony Fitzpatrick (Dublin), with The High Seas (Caitlín Nic Gabhann, Ciarán Ó Maonaigh and Cathal Ó Curráin) providing contrast with their music. This weekend is the highlight of An Góilín's calendar. Songs, as always, are (mainly) unaccompanied and songs in all languages/from all cultures are welcome. New singers & listeners always welcome.
