A not to be missed opportunity to hear a trio meeting between the duo of Gerry Hemingway and Izumi Kimura with restless and ever enquiring Glasgow based saxophonist Raymond MacDonald. Raymond is at the center of improvised music in Scotland as well as the UK, and has over many years developed a remarkable array of international collaborations in both music and the vibrant world where visual art interacts with music. This grouping had its first meeting in Glasgow in June of 2024 and the symbiosis, electricity and remarkable beauty of the intertwining of these three musical minds was riveting. Not to be missed !!!

Saxophonist, composer and multidisciplinary artist Raymond MacDonald is a founding member of The Glasgow Improvising Orchestra.
