Applications for the Arts Council’s Literature Bursary Award 2025 – Round 2 (English Language) open on Tuesday 20 May 2025. The award supports professional writers and picture-book artists working in English to develop their creative practice. Applicants may apply for €10,000, €15,000, or €20,000.

Applications must be submitted through the Arts Council’s Online Services platform. Required materials include a CV and a work-in-progress sample. Additional disability access costs may be included. The deadline for applications is Thursday 19 June 2025 at 17:30.
