Assistant, Cultural Property
Arts Council England is hiring an Assistant, Cultural Property to be based in any Arts Council office.
You will work with the Museums and Cultural Property team as it continues to improve how it delivers its programmes, working closely with colleagues across Arts Council.
If you were currently doing this Assistant, Cultural Property job, here are some things you would have been involved in last week:
– Assist with the effective running of the Museums and Cultural Property team.
– Working with specific functions such as the Acceptance in Lieu (AIL) and the Cultural Gifts Scheme (CGS), Export Licensing Unit; Government Indemnity Scheme, Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Arts.
– Supporting the delivery, development, and integration of the Arts Council’s Cultural Property functions.
As the Assistant, Cultural Property, you’ll need to be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines. You’ll also have good interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and contribute in a team environment and be able to swiftly get up to speed with the work and priorities of the team.
