As part of its suite of clinics and development opportunities in 2022, Wicklow County Council Arts Office is offering coaching/mentoring sessions with experienced coaches and expert consultants from the arts sector. The objective of this initiative is to build the confidence and capacity of artists and arts professionals to be at their best in 2022.

Designed to cater for a range of artists at different career stages these sessions will assist in:
– Identifying strengths and areas for improvement
– Working towards goals and realise priorities
– Creating sustainable plans and realistic strategies
– Increasing confidence and working with imposter syndrome
– Finding direction, energy and creative resilience
