Limerick and Clare Creative Partnership, In association with Creative Ireland and the Dreams Festival, presents 'Young Dreams' in Bruff County Limerick, home of the late Dolores O'Riordan

September 6th marks the 50th birthday of Dolores O Riordan, Limerick’s much loved singer-songwriter whose talent and life’s work reached unimaginable global success. In Bruff, the artist’s local town, the LCYP will collaborate with the Dreams Festival to
present Young Dreams, music and visual art workshops for children as well as a showcase for singer songwriters aged 18 to 25. The park bench that now bears her name, where the artist was interviewed with her mother during her time as mentor with The Voice of Ireland is the location from where the showcase will be streamed. Work created through the children’s art workshops will be exhibited in shop windows throughout the town with a new recording from children’s music workshops being released and live-streamed on Youtube on the artist’s birthday
