Marketing & Communications Manager (Student Recruitment)
Guildhall School of Music & Drama is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager (Student Recruitment) to join the Advancement division. This post is responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns to recruit students to the School’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The role plans and manages the School’s presence at recruitment events across the UK and sometimes internationally, co-manages the School’s annual Open Day, and oversees the production of relevant marketing materials.
The post holder should have significant experience of creating and delivering innovative student recruitment campaigns in a higher education environment, with the ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations for recruitment activity. Excellent communications skills are essential, as is a detailed understanding of the needs and expectations of prospective students and their influencers. This one-year maternity cover is an excellent opportunity for student recruitment professionals looking to gain further experience of higher education marketing in a creative environment.
This role will require regular travel across the UK, as well as occasional international travel.
