Programme Manager (Maternity Cover)
Helium Arts is seeking to employ a Programme Manager to provide maternity cover.
The role of the Programme Manager is to manage the delivery of Helium Arts’ national Creative Health Hub Programme, while also leading on programme development to deliver on our strategic goals and to ensure that our values are embedded in and permeate all our activity. The Programme Manager position requires excellent managerial, leadership, problem solving skills and an ability to strongly advocate for the children we support.
The Programme Manager will be flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload and will have a robust knowledge of children’s participatory and collaborative arts, as well as an understanding of arts and health.
Helium Arts is seeking a maternity leave replacement for an initial period of 8 months (with potential to extend to 13 months) starting the middle of November 2021. This four day a week position is based in Mullingar (with remote working options) and will report to the CEO. The Programme Manager is a key role and part of Helium Arts Senior Management Team.
